These packages are designed to support sole traders and small businesses at different stages – whether you want someone to fully take things off your plate, or just need a second pair of eyes and clear guidance.
If you’re not sure which option is right for you, that’s completely fine. You don’t need to decide before getting in touch – we’ll talk it through and make sure you’re on the right level of support.

Your Books: Checked – Together
Everything included in Your Books: Checked, plus extra nudges and regular accountability. You still handle the day-to-day bookkeeping, with more frequent check-ins, gentle reminders, and ongoing support to help you stay on track – and your tax return handled when it’s due.
Prefer to hand it all over? Send your invoices and paperwork through a handy app and I’ll take care of the rest – bookkeeping, updates on how your business is doing, and your tax from start to finish.
New to Xero or not quite confident yet? Tailored one-to-one training focused on what you actually need, plus a follow-up check-in to make sure everything’s working as it should.
All monthly packages include MTD quarterly submissions and Final Declaration if and when required.
Your Books: Checked
This package is for business owners who are happy to do their own bookkeeping but want the reassurance that everything is being done properly.
You keep on top of your day-to-day records, and we review your books regularly to make sure they’re accurate, compliant, and heading in the right direction. If anything needs fixing or improving, we’ll explain what’s needed and guide you through the next steps.

- Light corrections and adjustments where needed
- Clear action points to keep things on track
- Quarterly profit report and tax estimate
- Self Assessment tax return preparation and submission
- Dealing with HMRC on your behalf
- Ongoing support via email or WhatsApp
- MTD quarterly submissions and final declaration if and when required
What you’ll need to do
To get the most out of this package, you’ll need to:
- Keep your bookkeeping up to date in Xero or FreeAgent, including invoicing, bank transactions, and expenses
- Upload receipts and paperwork regularly using a secure app
- Work through any action points or guidance following your reviews
- Get in touch if something changes in your business or you’re unsure about anything
- Control and pay for the software subscription
Fees
The total cost for this package is £480 per tax year.
This is usually paid as £40 per month (if starting from April), with the full balance paid by the end of the tax year.
Because this package includes your Self Assessment tax return, we need to review your bookkeeping for the full tax year. If you join part way through the tax year, the remaining balance will be spread over the remaining months.
Example
If you join in April, the fee will be £40 per month. If you join in October, the fees will be spread over the remaining 6 months of the tax year, ie £80 per month.
If your bookkeeping for earlier months isn’t up to date and you need help bringing it up to date, we can take care of this for an additional fee. We’ll always review things first and confirm any extra cost with you before proceeding.

Your Books: Checked - Together
This package is for business owners who are happy to do their own bookkeeping but want support, structure, and gentle accountability – without pressure or judgement.
It includes everything in Your Books: Checked, with more regular check-ins, gentle nudges, and the option of a short, supportive body-doubling video call session each month if that helps you get started or stay focused. There’s no expectation to use it every month, and nothing bad happens if you don’t – it’s there purely for your benefit.
You keep on top of your day-to-day records, and instead of only reviewing things quarterly, we work together more closely throughout the year so issues are picked up earlier and things don’t quietly build up.
What’s included
- Regular check-ins throughout the year (monthly or agreed frequency)
- Gentle nudges to help you remember and prioritise bookkeeping tasks
- An optional monthly 20-minute body-doubling session, if helpful
- Support and guidance as you go, not just at review points
- Early review of your records to spot issues sooner
- Light corrections and clear, manageable action points
- Quarterly profit report and tax estimate

What you’ll need to do
To get the most out of this package, you’ll need to:

- Use the check-ins, nudges, or body-doubling sessions in whatever way is helpful for you
- Let us know if something changes in your business or you’re unsure about anything
- Control and pay for the software subscription
There’s no expectation to respond to every message straight away.
The check-ins and nudges are there to support you, not to add pressure – we’ll pick things up when it works for you.
You stay in control of your day-to-day bookkeeping, with reassurance, support, and gentle accountability to help you keep things moving – and the peace of mind that your tax is taken care of.
Fees
£65 per month
This is a monthly support package, so fees apply from the month you join.
If you join part way through the tax year, a one-off catch-up fee may apply to review previous months’ bookkeeping. This is charged at £40 per month for each earlier month, and we’ll always review this first and confirm any additional cost before going ahead.
Example
If you join Your Books: Checked – Together in September:
- Your monthly support fee will be £65 per month, starting from September.
- April to August (5 months) will be reviewed as part of a one-off catch-up, charged at £40 per month.
That means:
- Catch-up review fee: 5 × £40 = £200 (this can be spread over your monthly payments)
- Ongoing support from September onwards: £65 per month
If your bookkeeping for earlier months hasn’t been completed at all and you’d like help getting up to date, we can support with this too. Any additional catch-up work would be quoted separately, and agreed with you in advance.

Bookkeeping & Tax: Covered
This package is for business owners who want everything taken care of, from day-to-day bookkeeping through to tax, so nothing gets missed and nothing is left until the last minute.
We manage your bookkeeping on an ongoing basis and keep everything organised throughout the year. Your accounting software is included, along with your tax return, so you have one clear monthly cost and no need to juggle multiple subscriptions or deadlines.
What’s included:
- Ongoing bookkeeping
- Xero subscription included
- Monthly profit report and tax estimate
- Self Assessment tax return preparation and submission
- Dealing with HMRC on your behalf
- Quarterly check-in via video call
- Ongoing support via email or WhatsApp

What you’ll need to do
Getting started is simple:
- Connect your business bank account to Xero. This only allows us to see your transactions, not make payments or move money.
- Send over invoices and receipts using a secure app, making it easy to upload documents as you go.
That’s it – we’ll take care of the rest.
Fees
This package starts from £110 per month, based on your monthly transaction levels. Please contact us for an accurate figure.
If your records need tidying up or bringing up to date at the start, a one-off catch-up fee may apply. We’ll always review this first and confirm any additional cost before any work begins.

Xero: Set Up & Sorted
This Xero setup and training service is for business owners who are using Xero (or planning to) but don’t feel fully confident getting everything set up or using it day to day.
Before we meet, you’ll complete a short pre-session questionnaire so I can understand how you run your business and what you actually need from Xero. I’ll then put together a fully tailored two-hour Xero setup and training session, focused on the parts you’ll use in your business – without overcomplicating things or showing you features you don’t need.
Sessions are available during the day or in the evening, so they can fit around your business and life. The session is recorded, meaning you can revisit it whenever you need a refresher.
A few weeks later, we’ll also have a 30-minute follow-up call to answer any questions and iron things out once you’ve had time to put everything into practice.
This isn’t bookkeeper training. It’s simply about showing you how to use Xero properly for your own business, so you can keep your records organised and up to date with confidence.
What’s included
- Pre-session questionnaire to tailor the training to your business
- 2-hour one-to-one Xero training session
- Recording of the session for future reference
- Guidance on keeping your records tidy and MTD-ready
- 30-minute follow-up call a few weeks later
Fees
£220 one-off
OR
If you sign up to the Your Books: Checked or Your Books: Checked - Together package, this is discounted to £180 and can be spread across your monthly package payments.
Xero subscription is not included and is paid for directly by you.

Additional Services
Some services aren’t needed by everyone, or may only apply at certain stages of your business. These can be added on where required and will always be discussed and agreed in advance.
Optional extras can include:
VAT returns
Preparation and submission of VAT returns for VAT-registered businesses.
Management accounts / business reports
Regular reports showing how your business is performing, with clear explanations of what the numbers mean.
Bookkeeping catch-up and clean-up work
Bringing records up to date where bookkeeping hasn’t been kept on top of.
One-off advice or additional support
Support outside the scope of your package, where needed.
Any optional extras will be quoted separately, and no additional work will be carried out without your agreement.
